1) You can do any of our accounts (TL) from Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank accounts by making Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
2) With credit cards on our site You can use all kinds of credit cards online single payment or Akbank online installment facilities. On-line payments will be processed at the end of your order to keep your credit card. Due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, your credit card will be charged within 3 business days for canceling your order.
3) Ordered Cost
In case your order is canceled due to possible reasons; Lider121 Company will return the product price and / or credit card within three business days. However, you need to accurately and completely report your bank account details and / or credit card information to our company financial authorities.
We try to deliver the products you ordered on the same day to cargo. The delivery time for the products taking the time of the delivery is 3 working days as mentioned in detail of the product. You will be informed in case of a delayed delivery.
Please inform the address of your place of delivery within the day so that the product can be delivered without delay.
Your claims will be processed to be prepared according to the type of delivery you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul based company will be sent by UPS cargo company. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) working days at the latest.
You can consult with our customer representative about the different delivery conditions. Cargo deliveries are valid only for Turkey
5) Payment taker
If the system can not carry out the transaction due to any problem, our visitors are informed about the result of the payment page.
In case of any error in the specified address, the order is contacted with the orderer regarding the order that can not be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address indicated by our visitors is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order has been transferred.
We are also responsible for the bank where we use the credit card system as well as the customer for the delivery.
Please be carefull!
Open and check the packages you think you are damaged during shipment in front of the company’s representative. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record to the cargo company.
It is accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty once the product has been delivered.
